Playing with Illustrator

I'm bored. Then, I remember about illustrator that I installed several days ago.

Because I'm not familiar with illustrator, I searched for tutorials and found a tutorial about creating a vector image using tracing technique.

So, I searched for suitable picture to start with (of course, not picture of me), and found a suitable picture.

And below is the result. What do you think?

Adjust your watch...

For the second time in 21^st century, there will be an extra second after UTC 23:59:59 31^st December (7:59:59 1^st January Malaysia,8:59:59 1^st January Japan).If you in Japan, after 8:59:59, there will be 8:59:60.

This is called the leap second.

What is a leap second?

I attached a link with this post (link to wikipedia, again) explaining about leap second.

Easily explained, this leap second is just like the leap year that we know. Just add a day after 28^th February.

Adding a second after UTC 23:59:59 is necessary to critical systems like the server for communication, satellite programs, etc etc etc.

For your watch, or clock, you doesn't have to do so. They will run out of batteries soon.

My future is...

Sekarang aku dah 3年(san nen/3rd year), dan Insya-Allah tahun depan kalau tiada arah melintang, naiklah aku ke 4年(4th year). Sekarang ni, tengok kanan kiri, depan belakang, pusing 360 darjah, banyak bebudak Jepun dah mula carik kerja, pergi seminar sana, seminar sini. Cuak jugaklah diri ini. Tapi kita cuba cool-kan diri ini walaupun dalam hati ini, amatlah risau.

Pilihan aku sekarang ada 2. Sambung buat master, atau kerja. Untuk sambung buat master, duit memanglah menjadi salah satu masalah. Untuk kerja pula, dimana? Jepun? Malaysia? Nak kerja syarikat mana?

Bagi aku, kerja kat Jepun ni, bukanlah pilihan yang aku nak. Aku rasa, lebih baiklah aku curahkan segala bakti di tanah airku yang terchenta (patriotikla pulak).

Dan kalau kerja kat Malaysia, syarikat apa yang aku patut pilih? Aku memang nak kerja satu syarikat tu, sebab aku memang minat pun. Tak pun, kat syarikat yang kat seberang jalan dekat rumah aku tu. Lagi hidup senang.

Adala berbincang dengan senpai(senior) td. Aku ada cakap, yang aku risau pasal kerja ni. Die kata “jangan risau, tuhan dah takdirkan tempat ko kat mane, yg penting usaha".

Betul tu, usaha dulu baru tawakkal. apa-apa hal, aku kene habiskan 3年 ni dulu, baru fikir kerja. Lagipun, aku tak tau nak masuk lab mana nih...

Akhir kata, usaha tangga kejayaan. Dan selamat menyambut Maal Hijrah and Happy New Year...

Should I be happy?

I received a mysterious gift today.



It says there, "from:神戸市国民健康保険 (Kõbe-shi kokumin kenkõ hoken/ National Health Insurance, Kobe City). As far as I can remember, I didn't enter any competition or lucky draw for the last 6 months.

Full with curiosity, I open the package.
