Disconnected

I am having trouble with my internet connection right now.
It's have been about 3 hours since I lost my internet connection.
The modem's lights are still blinking and I have to wait for another 2 hours and 30 minutes before I can make a call.
Why they don't make their costumer service 24 hours,avaiable?

Just 5 minutes before the customer service free line is open, I get my connection back. It's good to be online.
